KANAMOCE Fiji

Kanamoce began in our kitchen; not with a business plan, but with a pineapple. Our eldest daughter loved them, but fresh pineapples were too acidic for her. So we started dehydrating them at home, hoping to keep all the flavour without the discomfort. That small moment of care became the start of something much bigger. I’ve always loved to cook, but sourcing ingredients in Fiji often means getting creative. Whether it’s because something isn’t available, is too expensive, or simply doesn’t suit our tropical climate, we adapt, and often, those local alternatives turn out to be even better. Kanamoce is a celebration of this spirit: of Fiji’s rich land, vibrant flavours, and resourceful kitchens. From dried fruits and herbal teas to pestos and sauces, everything is made in small batches using real, seasonal ingredients from growers we trust. No additives. No shortcuts.
